Refund Policy

CANCELATIONS, REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELATIONS

We allow cancellation and order changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you request order cancellation within 24 hours, we will refund the entire amount of the order, minus a $5 cancellation charge. Order changes are free of cost.

If 24 hours have passed since your order was generated, we can neither cancel nor change the order.

REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement, return or refund. The day the tracking company marks the order “delivered” is the day we count as the 1st day in the 30 days.

Following cases are NOT eligible for replacements, returns or refunds:
-Product color differences between in pictures and real products
-Sale and promotional products

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, or if we send you wrong items, or if items are not received. If you receive a defective or damaged item upon delivery, or if we send you wrong items, please take photographic evidence and send it to our customer support ASAP.

We may ask you to return the incorrect item.

For returning items, please read below RETURNS policy carefully.

It usually takes 2-4 weeks to deliver your item. If your item is not received within this 2-4 weeks time frame, please contact our customer support and we will try our best to locate the package. You can also request a replacement to be sent to you ASAP.

EXCHANGES

Following cases are NOT eligible for exchanges:
-Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimsuits
-Exchanged items

RETURNS

-Replaced items
-Exchanged items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service in advance. We DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. The address stated on the original packaging is not our return address, and we will not accept them if you return the items to that address, nor will we process replacements / exchanges / refunds thereafter.

REFUNDS

Following cases are NOT eligible for refunds:
-Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimsuits
-Replaced items
-Exchanged items
-Customer orders wrong size / color / item

If you need to return the item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the shipping fee you paid when placing an order is non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, we will deduct the corresponding shipping costs after receiving the returned package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
